The cert for logs-01.loggly.com expires on April 10th. This impacts all logs sent via 'syslog' using TLS. No immediate action is required on your part. We are going to deploy a fix with an updated cert file that will enable you to continue to use TLS encryption to collect logs. We will continue to post the latest updates here. Please reach out to support@loggly.com if you have questions.

Update: 03/31/2020
Testing and deployment of updated certificate is complete. The updated certificate file is functioning as expected. No immediate action is required on your part. We will be following up shortly with future guidance on updating your configuration to ensure that the CA root certificate remains valid.
