Starting May 5th at 08:00 UTC, a scheduled Google Apps migration will take place that affects the points of contact for Loggly Support. During this time, emails to support@loggly.com will not be deliverable or will bounce. During this maintenance window, please use the in-app ticketing system to open a support case https://community.loggly.com/customer/portal/questions/new. This form will be able to route support requests appropriately. Once this migration is complete, all contact points will return to normal function.
